2. Reservations and Payments

3. A prepayment is not required, however, the client has the option to pay a deposit or the full amount in advance

4. The reservation is guaranteed after receiving confirmation from the facility

3. Cancellation and Refunds

1. The client has the right to cancel the reservation up to 14 days before arrival. If canceled after this period, the deposit is non-refundable

2. If the client does not show up at the facility on the reservation date, the deposit is forfeited

3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation date

4. Complaints

2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days

1. By making a reservation, the client agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

6. Final Provisions

1. The regulations are in effect from the moment they are published on the website

2. The facility reserves the right to amend the regulations, with the applicable version being the one available on the website at the time of booking

3. Matters not regulated by these regulations are subject to Polish law
